  • Account information — name and email address when you create an account via our authentication provider (Clerk).
  • Contact form submissions — name, email address, and message content when you contact us through the site.
  • Usage data — pages visited, features used, browser type, device type, and approximate location, collected automatically via Google Analytics.
  • Cookies — small files stored on your device to maintain session state, remember your cookie preferences, and support analytics. Visitors from the EU and UK are shown a cookie consent banner before analytics cookies are activated.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide, operate, and maintain our platform and tools
  • Respond to enquiries and support requests submitted via the contact form
  • Send service-related communications (account updates, security notices)

  • Google Analytics (GA4) — website traffic and usage analytics. Data is processed by Google in accordance with their Privacy Policy. EU/UK users must consent before analytics data is collected.
  • MapTiler — satellite and map tile imagery used within the Airport Dashboard and other tools. Your IP address may be transmitted when map tiles are loaded. Privacy policy available at maptiler.com.
  • Stadia Maps — additional map tile layers used within certain tools. Your IP address may be transmitted when map tiles are loaded.
  • Aviation data APIs — flight and airport data is retrieved from third-party aviation data providers. No personal data is shared with these services.
  • Vercel — our hosting provider. Vercel may process server logs including IP addresses as part of delivering the Service.

6. Data Retention

We retain account information for as long as your account is active. Contact form submissions are retained for up to 12 months. Google Analytics data is retained for 14 months by default. You may request deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

  • Access the personal information we hold about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate data
  • Request deletion of your personal data
  • Object to or restrict our processing of your data
  • Withdraw consent for analytics cookies at any time
